Don’t look down.

I realized that if you stop looking at the stat display on treadmills while running, chances of you psyching yourself out are much slimmer and you run longer/further. The same goes for climbing, as in up a ladder, mountain, or whatever upward thing you like to scale. If you don’t look down, you get much higher.

I guess life is a lot like this; how when your focus is kept strictly on your goal, you tend to achieve it. In this regard, I suppose down represents past steps underneath you; behind you. Don’t look back. Forward, always.
